Chuck Johnston
Chuck Johnston, President and Principal of B&P Advertising

Chuck Johnston's strengths in agency management, strategic planning, client relations and new business development help keep B&P at the top of its game. A University of Nevada, Reno graduate, Chuck offers B&P a unique perspective through his extensive experience on the “client side,” serving as marketing director for some of the foremost corporations in the region and as a campaign aide for former U.S. Senator Richard Bryan.

Rob Catalano
Rob Catalano, Executive Creative Director & Principal

A past winner of Las Vegas Business Press’ “Top 40 Under 40” award, Rob Catalano has been an influential creative force in Southern Nevada for more than 20 years. A degree in journalism from the University of Nevada, Reno gave him the tools to become a writer, and his ability to lead, provide strategic solutions and produce award-winning creative vaulted him to the position of creative director in some of Las Vegas’ largest ad agencies.

Rod Reber
Rod Reber, Director of Account Services and Principal of B&P Advertising

A second-generation ad man and Nevada native, Rod Reber’s definitive ability to lead clients to marketing successes has made him an integral part of the agency’s growth. As director of account services, he sets a high bar for his staff, always encouraging them to exceed client expectations. Prior to forming B&P, Rod was an account executive with Dunn Reber Glenn Marz Advertising & Public Relations in Reno and Las Vegas. He attended the University of Nevada, Reno and the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
