Yes, and …

At B&P, we embrace the improvisational concept of saying “yes” to ideas, no matter where they come from. In a brainstorming session or group meeting, saying "Yes" encourages everyone to listen and be receptive to the ideas of others. This allows an idea to expand without limitations.

The concept of "and …" is to build upon an idea instead of moving away from it. Not every idea is workable, but it’s worth giving every idea a shot. “Yes, and …” builds confidence and encourages expression among our peers and clients.
